St Peter's Church, Birmingham
In early 2016 Rev Pam Wright suggested that we set up informal links with St. Peter’s Church in Birmingham.

The idea came to Pam because our treasurer, Andrew James was also treasurer of St. Peter’s Church.

The idea behind the link is that both churches can share their experiences and challenges in their vastly different locations.

All Saints is a village church serving the local community whereas St. Peter’s is based in a suburb of the second largest city in the U.K. St Peter’s is a church school with direct links with St Peter”s Infants and Junior schools and as a result has a much younger congregation.

Both churches face the challenge of delivering the Christian message to their respective communities and being a focal point for their local areas.

Currently we share our respective church magazines and I know that these are actively read and enjoyed by both congregations.

Several members from St Peter’s have joined us in worship at All Saints when visiting the area and we look forward to further visits in the future.if members of our congregation venture to the Midlands, they can be assured of a warm welcome at St Peter’s.

We hope that this link grows in the coming years and that both churches can share their Christian journey.
